- Are there any conditions for charging the Z1 Z2 auto CPAP battery?
To recharge the travel CPAP machines battery, use an AC or DC power source. If the PowerShell is not charging, disconnect then reconnect the power source to the Z1 Z2 battery. The charging will begin automatically once connected with the AC or DC source. Additionally, you have to ensure that the Z1 Z2 CPAP machines are on standby mode for the battery to recharge. It is advisable to charge the battery completely before using it to extend the overall life-span of the product. - Can I use a solar power source to charge the Z1 Z2 travel CPAP machine battery?
No. The Z1 auto CPAP battery is not compatible with solar power sources. However, users can utilize an AC or DC power supply source to recharge the Z1 Z2 battery. The charging begins automatically, and it requires no additional settings. When charging, the indicator will blink, and the number of bars represents the charging level. No. The CPAP battery is compatible only with HDM’s CPAP machines, or the HDM Z1 and Z2 travel CPAP machine. - Can I use the PowerShell I have previously bought? Is there a warranty for this product?
If you already have a PowerShell, then HDM, the manufacturer can upgrade the firmware to operate with the new Z1 auto CPAP battery. Moreover, the extended-life Z1 or Z2 auto CPAP machine battery has a manufacturer’s warranty of 6 months.
