Test came on time. There was no PIN on the box but, a call to the store got me this. The device and instructions were clear and the results came the next day. I gave a 4 because my doctor is asking if there is a “formal report” to come. I think the detailed page i received is all i will get. I suggest making sure you have no insurance issues before going outside doctor’s process. I would do it again because, even if not reimbursed< it was worth it with an $800 difference in price.
