The Knightsbridge Anti Snoring Dual Band Chinstrap is designed to minimize traditional chinstrap tension while still delivering a supportive, comfortable fit with gentle upwards force and offering twice the support of other options if you find you’re lacking stability or experiencing too much pressure in the wrong places from your CPAP mask headgear during CPAP therapy.
Key Features:
- DUAL BANDS: Non-elastic blue band prevents jaw from lowering. Elastic white band provides gentle upwards force. Compound elastic-nonelastic force allows pressure to be minimized while still effective.
- VERTICAL LIFT: Bands lift from under jaw and attach at the temples to produce vertical force. (Unlike standard neoprene chin straps which wrap around the tip of the chin and push the jaw directly into the jaw joint.) Vertical lift works with the natural rotation of the jaw.
- COMFORTABLE: Washable. Light, breathable net-mesh cap.

The Knightsbridge Dual Band is unique in that it can be easily adjusted to achieve this.
- Use two hands (one on the strap, one on the cap) to attach the blue non-elastic band so it is fairly snug, and then add just the slightest additional force via the elastic band.
- The non-elastic blue strap should be put on fairly snugly. This will prevent your jaw from lowering while your jaw muscles are relaxed during sleep. The elastic band should only be used to add a small additional upwards force.
- Many people find it most comfortable to leave a gap between the upper and lower teeth such as you normally have when awake and your mouth is closed and jaw relaxed.
- Pass the straps under the jaw near the front of the jaw, and attach the straps near the front of the Velcro patch. This provides the most vertical orientation of the lift.

This did not work at all for me. I asked to return it for a refund and was told to send an email… but no answer to that message. I would not recommend this particular item, especially at this high price point!
Works as designed. Very comfortable and easy to adjust. Getting good results using with cpap machine. We’ll see how the velcro holds up.
Fantastic product! It really helps with any snoring issue and is great for CPAP users. Knowing it was designed with comfort in mind, and preventing jaw damage that most other chin straps provide, I’d recommend this product to anybody who needs. If you’re concerned about the price, they last a long time as they are high quality! Much longer than a cheap chinstrap.
