The adapter is missing. It doesn’t connect to a standard CPAP hose w/o the adapter. I’m using the old one now, but need the adapter.

Sounds like you have left the the adapter from the previous e mask inside the tubing. PleaE remove that and try attaching the mask directly to the hose. I think it fits better than the original. I would have given it a 5, but it took too long to arrive.
