Thank you for choosing CPAP Store USA and our sister stores. We understand that purchasing respiratory equipment is an important decision. This policy is designed to ensure transparency, safety, and compliance with the latest 2025 health and regulatory standards.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the medical nature of our products and to ensure compliance with FDA, CDC, and state health laws, all sales are final on respiratory products, including:

  • CPAP and BiPAP machines
  • Oxygen concentrators
  • CPAP/BiPAP masks, cushions, and headgear
  • Tubing, nasal pillows, filters, and accessories

Opened or used respiratory products cannot legally be returned or resold due to safety and hygiene standards.

Regulatory Compliance

  • FDA Regulation (21 CFR Part 820): Prohibits reuse or resale of opened medical devices.
  • CDC Infection Control Guidelines: Prevents cross-contamination of respiratory equipment.

Unopened Items

Returns may be accepted for completely unopened, unused, and factory-sealed items. Items with broken seals, damaged packaging, or signs of use will not be accepted under any circumstance.

If you are unsure about your item, please contact us before opening the package. We are happy to assist you and may offer a credit or discount on future purchases when appropriate.

Manufacturer Defects Only

In the rare event a product arrives defective, please contact us. We will guide you to the manufacturer for warranty support and can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.

  • Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
  • Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless covered by the manufacturer.

Return Conditions

  • Request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Product must be in original, sealed, unused condition
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund

Unauthorized Returns

Returns without written authorization or a valid RMA number may be refused, discarded, or returned at your expense. This includes items that are:

  • Opened, used, or altered
  • Returned without prior written approval

Deliberate return fraud may be prosecuted under Nevada state law, including:

  • NRS 205.380 – Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses
  • NRS 205.0832 – Theft by Fraud or Deception

Refused or Returned Shipments

  • We are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit
  • Incorrect or incomplete address returns will incur additional reshipping fees
  • International packages refused or uncollected may incur a 35% restocking fee + shipping cost

Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and operations, orders may be subject to verification if billing and shipping addresses do not match. In some cases, a government-issued ID may be requested. Orders flagged as suspicious may be delayed, adjusted, or cancelled.
