CPAP Store USA offers Free Shipping On ALL Orders In The United States. There is no minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping. Every order placed in the United States will ship for free. Expedited option is available for additional fee.

Please read all the information below concerning shipping rates, delivery times, and requirements for all paid shipping methods. Standard Free Shipping offered through CPAP Store USA is subject to transit times of the carrier. In most cases Free Shipping will ship out via USPS Priority Mail, however CPAP Store USA does reserves the right to ship via other carriers when deemed necessary. Please allow 2-5 business days for Free Shipping packages to arrive. Delivery delays may be expected from Covid 19, weather, heavy holiday seasons, or carrier policies; please contact our customer service with any questions regarding this policy.

Each Order is Carefully Packed In a Professional Manner. We take pride in making sure that your CPAP machine or mask gets to you as quickly as possible and without damage. We ensure that each order is handled with the highest level of care and attention to detail as possible. If a product discrepancy does occur with your order, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt in order to be considered for review and validation.

NOTE: ORDERS CONTAINING CPAP/Bi-Level (BiPAP) MACHINES WILL BE MARKED TO RECEIVE ADULT SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE PREPARE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE MACHINES SHIPPED TO A LOCATION WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE IT. FEDEX WILL NOT LEAVE PACKAGES UNATTENDED THAT ARE MARKED FOR SIGNATURE. ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES OUR FACILITY CPAP Store USA CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS SUCH AS: 3RD PARTY COMPANY ERRORS, STOLEN PACKAGES, ETC. IN THE EVENT AN ISSUE ARISES WE WOULD BE MORE THAN WILLING TO WORK WITH THE 3RD PARTY SHIPPING COMPANY TO DETERMINE A RESOLUTION.

 


AVAILABLE CARRIERS & SHIPPING OPTIONS

FedEx and USPS including  2 Day FedEx One Rate.

IMPORTANT NOTES: The 2 Day FedEx One Rate delivery option, advertised as a two-day service, shipping doesn’t mean the customer will receive the package within 48 hours of placing the order – instead, it means they’ll receive it within two business days once the package is picked up by the FedEx carrier ( excluding the day of pickup itself). Consequently, the day of pickup is not counted towards the two-day shipping timeline. Additionally, please note that our services are closed on Sundays. FedEx will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. If you want your order shipped to a P.O. Box we will have to ship via USPS so we can guarantee that you will get your package in a timely manner.

CPAP Store USA is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from undeliverable weather conditions, failure of customer to provide prescription if applicable, or shipping errors committed by the selected carrier. This includes lost packages or misdelivered package(s) by third party carriers inluding FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL and etc..


ORDERS SHIPPED

  • Standard free ground shipping will typically arrive from 3-7 business days after you place your order. If for any reason products are not available or on backorder we will notify you and the item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Some items are shipped  (drop shipped) directly from the manufacturer. Saturday and rush delivery is available with express shipping (excluding carrier limitations), but an extra fee will be incurred.
  • International shipments are expected to arrive between 5-15 business days. Please keep in mind these are business days which are Monday through Friday. When you are calculating the days and thinking your package may be late; please take into account that the day you ordered the product may not even be in the same day we are in because of drastic time zone differences.

 


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Orders received after 12:00 PM PST  (Pacific Standard Time) are shipped out on the following business day excluding holidays and weekends.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 12:00PM PST are shipped out on Saturday.
  • You will be notified of your shipping status through email
  • That is why it is important to provide us with an email address when checking out

  • You will have the option at checkout to choose your shipping preferences. Price will be determined by the weight of your order and the expedited option you choose.
  • Important note: You can go through the checkout process and check what your shipping costs will be before you pay.

OVERNIGHT & EXPRESS SHIPPING

CPAP Store USA offers multiple overnight and express shipping options through FedEx, UPS and USPS. These expedited options are only available to residents in the continental United States. Most products are available for overnight/express shipping, though at times a product may be on back order and not available for these express delivery options. Any product that requires a prescription MUST be submitted before your order can be shipped to ensure overnight delivery eligibility. (Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available).

  • USPS overnight/express delivery will be sent out on the first available business day and will arrive 1 to 2 business days after shipping.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight (Monday through Friday) delivery and FedEx Priority Overnight (Monday through Friday) delivery options will arrive the following business day of shipment with exception to weather delays noted by FedEx. Sunday and holiday delivery are not available. NOTE: All orders received after 12:00 PM PST will be sent out the following business day excluding holidays.
  • Please Note: FedEx Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery must be selected for overnight packages expected to arrive on a Saturday. Saturday delivery is subject to carrier availability by geographic region and additional fees do apply. Standard overnight/express orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Thursday will arrive the following Monday (excluding holidays). All other expedited/express/overnight shipping methods will arrive the following business day from shipping date.

 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Any International FedEx service selected will need an alternative address if a PO Box is provided
  • Tracking information may be delayed, limited or unavailable with this service and is dependent on the destination country’s tracking capabilities. Additionally,CPAP Store USA is NOT responsible for carrier delays related to processing holds, weather complications, holidays, Covid 19 or any other reasons outlined by the carrier’s terms and conditions.
  • All rates are subject to change. CPAP Store USA will do it’s best to provide their customers with the lowest rates available while maintaining a steadfast commitment for fast and accurate delivery.
  • Our Shipping estimates are estimates of when your package should arrive at your countries customs.
  • We have no control over the package once it leaves our ware house; we especially have no control when it in the control of customs.
  • Flat rate shipping option does not offer tracking of your package and is the slowest form of shipping (may take 5 to 18 business days or longer in some cases). It is recommended that you choose express shipping to receive your order in a more timely fashion.
  • We do not have control of filling out the proper customs forms to ensure that is will get through according to the specific countries customs rules and regulations.
  • If your country has duty free GST codes or tax free codes for medical equipment we make sure to include them with your order.
  • Orders received after 12:00PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) are shipped out on

Q) What countries do you ship to?A) We ship to every country that will allow a US based company to ship to. Sleep apnea is a global problem and we love our international CPAPers! There is a lot of price control and market control going on in the sleep industry. We don’t follow that model of business. We truly believe in putting our customers first and are passionate about helping people diagnose and treat their sleeping disorder.

Q) Can I submit my international prescription in order to purchase a CPAP mask?
A) Yes, you can. We have registered sleep technicians, respiratory therapist and board certified sleep physicians on staff to help ensure that we are giving the best clinical advice and education to our customers.

  • At this time, CPAP Store USA offers FREE SHIPPING to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands ONLY. CPAP Store USA is not responsible for delays on shipments once they have been delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping charges for express delivery options are non refundable.
