I called to return the day I received it. No return call. I called and emailed 3 other times. No answer. Your customer service is extremely poor!!!!
The so clean 2 did not come with the adapter. When I asked about this I got sent the return policy. Maxine works fine but I’m not happy I had to go spend more money elsewhere to get the adapter.
The machine needs you to clean the device and parts first then you put it inside it which really makes no sense so once I learned that from reading directions, I tried to send it back and I was told I needed to have a 35% restocking fee on a brand new unit that you guys are going to resell for full price so I am not happy at all
