I ordered a box of ELAIMEI Sleep Strips from CPAP Store USA.
I tried one strip, it was lip shaped and rather small. I followed the instructions step by step.
The strip stayed on for about 5 minutes, when it started peeling off. It was very painful to remove.
I emailed costumer service with my order number to let them know the issues I was having.
The reply I got said the mouth tape was designed with a small cut to cover the interior lip area, it is intended to be worn vertically, and it is gentle on the skin.
Well, I don’t know what product she was referring to because the ones I ordered had no small cut, and if it is supposed to go in the interior lip area, how am I supposed to wear it vertically? And, it is not gentle to the skin, it burns when removing.
Very dissatisfied that they do not have a return policy on used items, as that is not good customer service.

Loving this tape! I’ve used two other kinds that actually tore skin off above my lip. This is perfect. I keep it on my lips only and it’s worked beautifully. I sometimes cut it a bit to make it smaller and that’s been great also. Thank you!!
They are too small to cover my mouth so have to use two of them to cover. Also, they do not adhere for whole night. They last about 5 – 6 hours and seep saliva which makes them ineffective. Very inferior compared to others I have used over time.
I am returning the second box for a refund as a result.
