   It took two weeks to ship and one item was the wrong size.

     Hi Steve,

     Actually it did not take two weeks to ship. Our store processes and ships orders daily with an exception of a Sunday. Due to weather conditions your package is delayed by the carrier and not by our store. We do understand it’s an inconvenience, but we have no control over delivery.
