Excellent product! Exactly what I needed for travel. Have been using on planes, trains and have not had an issue so far, and have had it coupled with a portable battery by the same company. Going on 14 days of use. Very quiet, lights on buttons shut off after the machine ramps up. The ramp feature is smooth, but took a bit of time to adjust to, as it starts at a very low level of pressure. It is a small thing, but I like the fact that the power button is marked with a braille “.”, so it’s easy to find by touch.
Service team has been fantastic as well!
